Delphi / Java Analyst-Programmer

Reporting to the Development Manager, the Cylande Analyst-Programmer is responsible for analysing, designing and developing applications in line with specifications provided by the Project Managers. The analyst-programmer then establishes the detailed design specifications, draws up modelling specifications, designs the corresponding modules and their assembly, writes up associated documentation and performs unit testing and corrective and evolutive maintenance tasks.

Application Testing Technician

The Application Testing Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance between deliverable and ordered components. He/she tests products according to scenarios that closely simulate their actual operational conditions. Daily tasks include establishing lists of functions to be tested on the basis of functional-analysis results and the expected test results. He/she designs tests scenarios and creates testing platforms simulating actual operating conditions (configuration, data bases, parameter setting, etc.). Additionally, the Application Testing Technician is responsible for tracking anomalies and informing Project Managers according to their importance.

Project Manager

Cylande Project Managers are responsible for the integration of our products. They are in permanent contact with customers and are ultimately responsible for the success of projects. They advise customers and analyze both their functional and technical requirements. Internally, they coordinate the application design and development operations and supervise projects through to implementation.  

Help-desk technician

The Cylande remote technical support department is staffed by 21 employees and organised into three levels. Within this department, help-desk technicians are tasked with providing users of Cylande hardware and software solutions with technical and application support. They receive calls from both French and foreign users, analyze reported incidents and implement the most appropriate solutions using our remote-assistance tools.

Business engineer

Reporting to the Sales Department Manager, the Business Engineer is responsible for developing and following up a portfolio of customers and prospects. They also act in an advisory role to propose the most relevant solutions to our customers' needs and thereby demonstrate their added-value. They constantly monitor the needs of our market to ensure that our offer is always relevant.
